Problem Note 34886: An error might occur when migrating SAS® 9.1.3 from a Windows 32-bit platform to SAS® 9.2 on a Windows 64-bit platform

Migration of SAS 9.1.3 from a Windows 32–bit format platform to SAS 9.2 on a Windows 64–bit format platform might fail if any Foundation repository data sets have been corrupted.
During configuration of the metadata server, the SAS® Deployment Wizards stops with the following error in the metadatasrv_configureMetadata_timestamp.log:
[MetadatasrvMigrate] Repository root path is "C:\SAS\MYAA\Lev1\SASMeta\MetadataServer\MetadataRepositories". [MetadatasrvMigrate] ERROR: Repository "Foundation" path "MetadataRepositories\Foundation" does not exist.
The following errors might be written to the SAS® Metadata Server log file.
The SAS Metadata Server I/O subsystem has returned error message 'Invalid open mode for file.'. ERROR: Write access to member RPOSMGR.MRRGSTRY.DATA is denied.'. The SAS Metadata Server I/O subsystem has returned error message 'ERROR: Library TMP000 does not exist.'. Contact the SAS Metadata Server administrator for assistance. Repository 'Foundation' is being forced OFFLINE because the directory '' cannot be accessed. UpdateMetadata return code=807fea8f.... The Foundation repository could not be fully repaired.
To circumvent the problem, download the fusion_34886_2_win32towin64.zip file from the Downloads tab, and run the Win32toWin64.cmd script on the SAS 9.2 system to migrate the data sets in the SAS Metadata Utility package.
